We’ve had an incredible experience with HHF. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in our child’s progress. Since starting here, my daughter has improved by leaps and bounds on all fronts — communication, listening, and daily skills. We’re so grateful for the care and support our family has received and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality services.
My son has only been with HHF for 2.5 months and I'm already seeing huge improvements in communication, behavior, and how he problem solves. He also loves going there and looks forward to it.
I have a lot of experiences with other ABA agencies ad Helping Hands is by far by best experience. Everyone in all positions is caring, friendly, competent, punctual, etc. Give me great piece of mind sending my special needs child to such a wonderful place!
Our child was with HH for one year and we didn’t see any improvement. On average we had at least 1 if not two call outs by the RBT’s every single week and there was rarely anyone to fill in which is pretty high considering how they first presented themselves. Out of 3 RBT’s only (Sorelle) was consistently positive, motivated and interactive. The director, Kevin Marchini, has no business being in this industry! He was unhelpful and very unempathetic.
