This service has been nothing but wonderful for me. Their receptionist is easily reachable via phone or fax and they respond to any questions I may have within a few business hours. I have used them for over two years now and I always have at least one lady I know and who knows my home. Typically both speak English well and I have no problem communicating any needs.
