Same story as everyone else...should have done better research on this company. No show on the day of pick up..I sent emails and called multiple times. No response just a waste of valuable time. Don't bother using them!

Don't bother trying to donate to this organization. Filled out my donation form on line and even got a confirmation e mail, but on the day of pick up no one came, no one called me, and when I tried calling them no one answered the phone and the voice mailbox was full. Complete waste of my day! Don't bother with this organization!! Would rate "zero" stars, but can't!

I used the online form to schedule a pickup....and unfortunately they never showed up, never called, and I then learned they also never answer their phones or empty their voice mail. I can't help but question the charity as a whole when they appear to have a long-term track record of treating quite a few people in the same manner. I wouldn't suggest working with this charity.

I made an on line schedule. The staff called 30 minutes before arrival. Everything went smoothly. Thank you.
