A group of us contacted Mr. Lozier about pouring concrete at our homes. This was to be a colored stamped walkway. I paid my deposit and waited the 6 weeks until Mr. Lozier was available to begin the job. Mr. Lozier was to complete several jobs in our neighborhood. Once he poured our neighbors’ concert, we were concerned that our finished product would be subpar.
