I am deeply disappointed and angry about the level of negligence at this clinic. My 11-year-old chihuahua was recently seen at an emergency vet for a nasal issue, and during that visit they discovered he has a level 3 out of 6 heart murmur. I immediately followed up with a new veterinarian who confirmed the same and explained that this kind of murmur does not appear suddenly. It should have been detected long ago. I came in to find out about my dog’s loss of appetite and got not only a loving staff but awesome consultation and plan of action to take care of my dog’s health issues. I got to meet Dr. Disla and nurse Nicole , my dog had such a great experience with them and treats. I’m excited to work with them and get him back to being a healthy and happier dog with their help.
