Service itself isn't horrible, but the lack of communication between the staff is appalling and I would never return. 1st visit - all went well. 2nd visit - Called the day before to confirm time, no one had scheduled me (regardless of email showing proof of the appointment date). I'm then informed I cannot come on that day as that's a surgery-only day, and they can only reschedule me for a week later (given this is for my puppy's vaccines). A big thank you to Roger and Dr. Rivas!!!!! I don’t know what I would do with out you two !!!! You guys are a blessing !! The entire staff as well. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and they are literally the best!!! I will trust them with my eyes closed !!!!!! I love you guys so much and I really appreciate you . Thank for the outstanding services years after years!!! My dog Ace also says thank you! He doesn’t trust often but you all always find a way to make him comfortable
Got my cat spayed here and everything went great with no problems. My cat recovered very well and you can barely see her incision. Dr Rivera did a great job and the staff it's very nice. I highly recommend this clinic 😊
Very professional and helpful staff, my dog loves them all :) Dr. Rivera is very nice and kind, explains all procedures, always with peanut butter treats :)
