She went above and beyond, calling to follow up on my kitty, Chloe, which I'd never experienced before. Although Chloe's passing was devastating, Dr. Meyer's kindness, empathy, and compassion made a difficult time slightly more bearable. She was present and supportive throughout, and for that, I'm truly thankful."
I can’t recommend Dr Rivas and Helpet enough. I’ve been taking my Shiba to Helpet since he was a puppy and we’ve always had great experiences. Dr Rivas has taken the time to educate me on lab results, treatments, etc, multiple times and I know I can always count on them for any questions and to keep my pup healthy!
Helpet has been nothing short of amazing. They are always extremely helpful no matter how big or small the service is. Nicole is an absolute gem - from day 1 she has always been there making sure that our dog has a very positive experience. He absolutely adores her and every time we walk through the door, his tail immediately starts wagging when he sees her. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
We are deeply grateful to have found this veterinary clinic in Miami. The entire Helpet team, from the kind and compassionate nurses and doctors to the warm and welcoming front desk - has shown incredible care, knowledge, and heart. The support they’ve offered us and our kitty has been above and beyond, and we’re truly touched by how much they care. After visiting several vets in the Miami area, we can wholeheartedly say Helpet is exceptional. With gratitude from our family to the Helpet team, thank you for everything.
If you like waiting at the DMV, you will love this place. reply to the sassy reply: I waited 1.5h after the time of my appointment and then had to leave. This is simply unacceptable to make people lose their time like this.
