I can't say enough good things about Helpet! The staff here is exceptional, and the level of care they provide is top-notch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the entire team made both me and my pet feel comfortable. So happy we found this vet! After trying a couple of places in Miami we are confident that Dr. Rivas and all his amazing team take the best care of our dog Romeo. The place is well equipped, always clean, adequate prices and the service is always 10/10. We are super happy and can't recommend them enough.
Had a great experience with the staff. Everyone was friendly and we were in and out very quickly. Would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area.
We are cruising this winter and called Helpet for veterinary services while in Miami. Helpet is excellent and well run. The facilities are clean and well planned to provide pet comfort and privacy. Dr. Rivas and assistant Jackselim were very caring to us and our 18 year old cat, Harmony. She received excellent care and kindness from Helpet, Miami. We did too.
Dr. Rivas and Nicole were patient when first meeting my shy pup! They efficiently worked with my dog and helped him feel at ease during his exam. The entire team has been friendly, communicative, and professional! Highly recommend this vet if you're in the area! Thanks Nicole and Dr. Rivas for proving great care to my pup :)
