I have been a member of helpcare for two years! I have seen such a change in my health. They offer so many great services, lab work, and I have received so much direction with regards to my labs. I've been able to improve my hormonal labs (estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, cortisol) and I feel so much better. I have energy for the first time in years!!!
Our family started seeing Dr. Strobel and Stephanie Kimmes, CNP in Rochester, and it has been a great experience! Helpcare has been an amazing place for our family getting to the root of problems instead of just covering it up right away with medication or other "bandaids". I am so thankful for Helpcare. It does take a little longer to get into them, but I'm happy to wait when they are looking at each individual person as a whole and not just following a certain protocol.
Highly recommend HelpCare Clinic of Rochester. I have experience with the other 2 huge medical providers in Rochester but am thankful for the option of HELPCARE. After years and numerous blood tests and med changes to try to get my thyroid figured out at one big medical provider in Roch (not mustard bur the other M), I was given an additional prescription after having my new patient appointment at Helpcare Clinic and it seems to be helping already. Healthcare- plain and simple! The doctor- patient relationship is restored in their model. I have really enjoyed the convenience of getting appointments in a quick turnaround time. The clinicians take more time with me than the typical medical office. They listen to my concerns and help me make common sense decisions. No need to satisfy the red tape of insurance companies!
