I have been a member of helpcare for two years! I have seen such a change in my health. They offer so many great services, lab work, and I have received so much direction with regards to my labs. I've been able to improve my hormonal labs (estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, cortisol) and I feel so much better. I have energy for the first time in years!!!

Our family started seeing Dr. Strobel and Stephanie Kimmes, CNP in Rochester, and it has been a great experience! Through their approach to healthcare, with testing and conversation, we have learned so much about our health, and have made changes that have greatly impacted us! Helpcare has been an amazing place for our family getting to the root of problems instead of just covering it up right away with medication or other "bandaids". I am so thankful for Helpcare. It does take a little longer to get into them, but I'm happy to wait when they are looking at each individual person as a whole and not just following a certain protocol.
