If you are looking to rent or even wanting to rent out a house do not go with this company. They are horrible and disorganized in every way. To sum up my experience/mistake with this company I signed a 12month rental agreement, the realtors that initially showed me the property told me they were the owners of Impulse and later on I found out they were not and had actually been fired. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NICE TO YOU UP UNTIL YOU SIGN A CONTRACT THEN THEY ARE RUDE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THE WAY THEY TREATED ME AND I SURE WILL MAKE SURE I LET EVERY ONE KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS. EVEN AT FIRST HAD FRIENDS RENT FROM THEM THEY EVEN SAID WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!

I didn't even know realtors offered flat rate charges for selling your home and then I didn't know if that meant that their service was worse but I gave it a try and I found Phil to be very helpful and using his ideas and both of our efforts we were able to sell our home in this market.
Commissions are only 1.5% for selling your home. Full service real estate company.
