Very bad service and communication, I do not recommend the services of this agency at all. August 14, 2018 Update August 16, Hey Dale you know that it’s not true what you are saying, if you are the only person in that office, and the only one who answers the phone, I have proof of what I’m saying and you know it well, and if at the end I lost the buyer it was because of your poor service, lack of communication and your incompetence.
People are very friendly and a nice building
Dale was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He knows the Temecula area like the back of his hand, and everyone seems ot know him too. I like that he spoke in plain English about the more intricate details of real estate transactions.
The Help U Sell process was great. The local Temecula agent Dale Machen was terrific. He took the time to understand our circumstances, explain the process and was responsive throughout. The savings on commission made this a real value since the service and guidance was as good or better than the so called “full priced” agents we talked with and used at first.
