Would highly recommend. Always willing to help me with a smile and great attitude. I had another hearing aid specialist yell at me and scold me for adjusting my hearing aids in the app because I have no idea what I am doing but Anna encourages me to use it and says she can always fix it. Everyone is always sweet and helpful!! Always a 5 star visit.
After a bad experience at Costco, my wife and I discovered help you hear. We went to the office on Harrison Ave and saw Dr. Alex. We both got new hearing aids and are so happy with them. When she transferred to the West Chester office, we decided to transfer to that office as well. Although it's a half hour trip it's worth it. She is absolutely the best Dr. we have ever seen for our hearing. If we're having a problem, she immediately knows what to do to correct it. She's the best!!!

Very informative about the different choices. Also for the first time heard about molds and custom fit hearing aids.
Alex was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond helping me with the whole insurance process and explained how everything works with the hearing aids. I never thought I’d be excited to get hearing aids but she changed my mind! Could not recommend more!!
