I've received very good service from them. Dr. Alex is excellent.
This place is incredible. I went to the West Chester location. Dr. Alex Hanna is wonderful and truly cares about helping you hear better (no pun intended). Takes time to explain how your new hearing aids work, settings, you name it! Very clear and concise. Highly recommend this company and Dr. Alex Hanna. Front desk person Kenny is nice as well. Kudos!! Wish more businesses cared this much.

I highly recommend Alex at Help U Hear in West Chester . The complimentary ear test was incredibly thorough for my ear/ hearing screening giving me a baseline for future reference. Not only did I receive an ear test, but she also took a look in both ears explaining much more than an ENT ever did. The audiologist explained every step of the process and took the time to map out my results so I could clearly understand my specific hearing levels. Alex was professional kind, and highly knowledgeable—I highly recommend.
