Care taken in my appointment was great!!!
Took my mom in for evaluation, 75 yrs young and was the first time she had her hearing tested. The office was very welcoming and friendly! Alex was gentle and kind and explained everything along the way. She reviewed the results in detail and answered all the questions. Not salesy nor pushy at all, the care for her patients is genuine and it shows.
Conveniently located. On time appointments! Wonderful stall! Thank you Dr. Alex for you patience and help with the new hearing aids!
Quick n easy ,ear had been clogged for more than two weeks and they got the job done , would go back for sure
Everyone at the office is very kind, friendly and super helpful. Easy to get appointments too. Alex, the audiologist is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. Her demeanor puts you at ease and she cares about the patient as a whole. I would absolutely recommend this place and I have been to several places.
