I was so pleased with the care and concern I was given. She knew exactly what my ears needed. I will never go elsewhere for a good hearing aid programed to fit my loss.
So far, I have worked with Jessica at help you hear. I had done some research before I went in, and she answered all my questions, professionally and accurately. I was pretty shocked and grateful that I could have a same day appointment, I was late as well and they actually waited for me. I got fitted for my hearing aid and Jessica advised that the device would be there the next day! So great!! So far been very impressed.
