New lady in office, much more informed than last ,there are features on aids i was never told about
Went in for 6mo. follow up. Had a different person than I have had for any other appointment. Ended up just being a cleaning which was done per usual. Had no wait time when I arrived. I usually get my hearing aids adjusted on their computer to change the adjustable volume controls but not this time. That's ok. Not sure if I needed it anyway.
Have been happy with the service and product
Very helpful and awesome to work with! Lost a piece to my hearing aid and took care of it right away!!
