My husband and I gave Clarence (owner) as much benefit of the doubt since day one, and we were met with the most unprofessional and slow service I've ever received. Upon the initial consultation appointment, I paid outright the cost for services and parts needed for the repair and scheduled a day and time for Clarence to come out for the repair. I first got in contact to Clarence through Thumbtack. He arrived and after checking my washer told me that the drain pump needed to be replaced and would be a $260 job. We explained that we were moving later the following month and didn't want to invest that much money on it. Awesome Service! Clarence knows what he is doing! Repaired my refrigerator when no other company could, I would definitely recommend!
