I have had 4 bad home care people from Help at Home. I do not think the screen or even talk with their employees for sending them out. One of their employees atoled $360 from me. Two out of the didn't even have gloves I had to furnish them. One told me about a stocker she had and they worked for the same company. One does not speak or understand English she is nice and seems hard working, but very limited. Even trying to toast me a bagel was a disaster. NO WAY could she run errands for me. So sorry to see so many negative reviews. We fortunately have had awesome service. My sis in-law has had her gal Tammy for a few months now and she's PERFECT in everyway! Super friendly and kind, HARD working and the house looks great all the time. Has organized it all and cleans like someone who really cares. Tammy is the perfect example of what home services is all about, maybe she be training new hires so there won't be so many unhappy clients that leave such negative reviews. Tiffany Cursed G-d first hour after showing up. Asked her not to curse like that in my home. I said, if you have to & want too curse just don't curse G-d in my home! I've been punished by Tiffany, her supervisor and others. For My stance!in my home!! Lied to me,About schedule, no call for late, no call for arrived early. Of course I feel anti-Semitism from Tiffany!!!!! Now helping home's!!!!

Save yourself the hassle and headache and go to another agency because these people will give you the run around. Aides do not show up on time and sometimes not at all. Poor communication and they want to get paid to do nothing but just sit. God forbid you ask for help with simple house keeping. My mom lives in my home with me and my big family so because we use the same bathroom and eat off the same dishes they won't touch them.

There is a very bad communication problem at this facility, after almost a week of knowing my care taker was leaving town for week some 1 should of contact me ahead of time & replaced some to cover my replacement!!
