The CEO, Terri is extremely unkind and unprofessional. I attempted to contact her regarding questions that I had about Help at Home, and not only was she incredibly rude and dismissive but, when I attempted to thank her for her time she slammed the phone and hung up instantly. There’s likely misinformation advertised about her company; however, that is no excuse to disrespect an inquiring caller no matter the topic. Joseph has been helping me for the last few weeks. Having him has been like having a full-time physical therapist with me. Joseph has functioned as both my CNA and my personal trainer. This is one example of Joseph's talents: I have balance issues that have led to many falls. We had excellent support from Terry. She took the time to understand my husband’s needs and matched us with Joseph. He was an outstanding aide for my husband. If we ever need support again, I won’t hesitate to see if Joesph is available.

What distinguishes Help at Home from other agencies is the genuine care and respect with which Terri treats the caregivers she employs. This supports them to carry out their jobs with that same dedication. We had to scramble to get last-minute 24/7 care for our father after he was discharged from the hospital, and Terri thoughtfully and quickly assembled an exceptional team of people. Terri and her team are amazing! From the beginning, Terri was so helpful by providing information that was extremely useful with the process of providing caregivers for my Mom. She is a professional and a great source of information, from how to deal with the insurance company, to finding a good match for caregivers. Terri is very easy to work with, and works hard to accommodate scheduling and placement for her caregivers. Terri responds to emails and messages very quickly.
