Ive been having the worst experience with Help at Home. My father had his home care provider suddenly removed one evening, once he had is Service re-instated, no one is able to assist with getting his caregiver back on the schedule. Help at home when you call either does not answer the phone or it goes to voicemail and no one returns calls. Or, anyone you get is unable to assist. This is the most unprofessional outfit in Healthcare. I tried to get corporates phone number and was refused.
I just wanted to share about my phone experience with one of the employees from Help At Home. It was amazing! Suleika is the best person to speak with! She is a very happy, positive, sweet, and also a very patient person!! You can tell she loves what she does and she made my day just speaking to her! Shout out to that wonderful lady!
Caregiver claims to be taken care of patients, but has not shown up at all!! And I just found out that this has been going on for three years!! They’ve been charging the insurance company for 3 years and has never even stepped foot inside the home. I also found out this is not the only patient the caregiver is doing this to. I would run far from this company!!! I’m pretty sure aside from insurance fraud there’s a ton of illegal things going on with this company!!
Please stay away from this Company I would give 0 stars I can, if you love your love ones find another agency… They will leave your family by themselves ,if the caregiver doesn’t show up…. The caregivers they have goes to sleep are talking on their phones allday without caring for the clients…
