The cnas don’t do nothing when they arrive to take care of the patient. They sit on their on phones.
We are set up to have care takers at home and have them scheduled some times they show up sometimes not. Some times they will call off and their is no replacement and other times they just don't show up. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I'm not sure how the state of Indiana has this approved to have this company take care of people. If I can give 0 stars that's what they deserve.
