David Thompson is a "SLUM LORD"! I rented from him for over 2 yrs. Before I moved in he promised to make certain repairs. 2 yrs. later, he still hasn't made 1 repair. Yet, upon leaving he attempted to charge me for repairs he was supposed to make before I moved in. I would think twice before I deal with him in "ANY" dealings with him or his business! HE IS A VERY DISHONEST PERSON. DO NOT "TRUST" HIM!!!!
