I submitted an interest request online about a Jeep at Helms. Jamie Joyner responded back to me, and we agreed on a time I could come up and see it. Incredible buying experience,,Jamie followed up my internet contact by calling me and extended an invitation to stop by and test drive what will become my new to me Ram 2500. Upon meeting her and the introduction to Steve(dealer) I drove and inspected the truck as they checked my trade out. Wasn’t long after we agreed on terms and I drive it home. Already used the Ram2500 to tow my camper to Georgia for Thanksgiving and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Helms family!

Helms was so good to us, specifically our wonderful salesman (Terry Allen)! We went and knew exactly what we wanted, Terry found it and had it there within 2 days! Not only did he do that, he delivered this to our house after he had been at work all day so we didn’t have to get our newborn baby out!
