My 1st visit to establish dental care. It'd been 4 or 5 years since going to the dentist because my previous one was only interested in upsetting me. Dr. Helms was easy to talk to, very informative, and truly cares about the patients and not just his bank account. I feel lucky to have been referred to him! And all of his support staff was over the top friendly and helpful! Good job everyone!

I had such horrible pain in my jaw. I couldn’t get into to anyone in town until next week. They got me in the same day to make sure everything is ok. I couldn't believe it. Dr. Helm was very knowledgeable and caring. The staff up front was so supportive and not the least bit annoyed. They got me back right away. I haven’t ran into a place that would do that for a non-patient.
Always an excellent experience at your office. Quick rooming, personal and professional.
Dr Helms and his staff are top notch! They are friendly compassionate, willing to work with you and very understanding to someone who has a fear of dentistry. We are very lucky to have this office in Missoula, MT.

I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. There’s never been a wait time more than 2 minutes in the lobby, so don’t even try to start reading anything interesting on your phone. The receptionist will get you checked in with a smile and hook you up with everything you need at the end. The hygienist and dentist are extremely personable and gentle. My family and I have been going to Helms Family Dental Practice for over 15 years. I always have a wonderful experience when I go. I am always treated so kindly and respectfully. Dr. Helms and his staff are great at explaining appointments and making sure all my questions are answered. Reception called my insurance the same day and had a quote for me that afternoon on an upcoming procedure. Thank you!
