Where do I start. Terrible sales rep, Karen, Carol. Not sure what her name is did not introduce herself. I had went in to see a car. After waiting 20 minutes for a rep to greet us, and go look at a car; I just could not stand the disgusting behavior that I was receiving. I would recommend to avoid her at all costs.
