My family worked with Peter Kim at Helms Bros. to purchase a car. From the initial visit to receipt of the car, Peter made sure to answer all of our questions and made us feel taken care of. I recently leased a car here, and the receptionist was a dark-hair woman who seemed to dislike Asians. She stared at me with a dirty look, ignoring me even when I asked for help. Even when I thanked her for handed me an envelope, she ignored me, making me feel so unpleasant that I never want to go back. I don't understand why they put this kind of woman on the reception desk.
