This place is extremely unprofessional. As a responsible individual, I called 2 weeks ago to make an appointment to return my leased vehicle at this location. I then contacted them the evening before to reconfirm drop off and was told by the manager that I cannot return my vehicle here because they’re full and only can accept cars for their own customers.
