maybe an off day. we ordered brisket burnt ends. it was cut in rubbery cubes and drowned in sauce. Pretty disappointing when your hungry for crispy burnt ends of the brisket. May give it is a second chance some time.

Next time just let us know you want all the crispy pieces! the point is shaped like an axe head and some are larger than others and sometimes they don't always have all the edges on them but we could certainly make sure you have a plate full
quality smoked meats, great atmosphere, knowledgeable owner, best beans I have ever had!!!
