Very friendly and professional! Made me feel comfortable. Definitely will return!
Started out okay but then became unprofessional and inconsiderate. The esthetician's started playing with my time and cancelling last minute. Then reschedule you to cancel last minute again. They've become very rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. They’ll cancel on you without a reason and will not have a convenient appointment to accommodate you. But will continue to take your money for your membership
Sarah was amazing. She made me feel more relaxed being that it was my first time ever getting my Brazilian wax done. She was very patient with me.
My esthetician was a no show. Came early, waited at the lobby for 30 mins. I was able to get inside the suite was locked and lights were turned off. Tried to text of course you’re talking to an AI. Waste of my time.
