i booked an appointment for the 29th and got 3 separate confirmation emails/ texts only for them to have changed my appointment to the 30th. the only solution they gave me was to go to one of their different locations after i was already there. very frustrated
Michelle made me feel relaxed and comfortable because I haven’t had a wax in years. She’s very informative and asked if I had any questions too I look forward to seeing her again in September
