This is my second appointment with the Hello Sugar waxing studio. My first visit was to their north location and my second visit was at the south location. What I am struggling with is the scheduling. Both times I've visited the establishment, I have received text messages stating that the esthetician was running "15-20 minutes behind". Both of these times my 20 minute appointment turned into a 50-60 minute appointment. I’ve been going to this location for almost a year (getting waxes in general for 4/5 years) and Taylor has provided the best waxing experience i’ve ever had! her techniques are amazing and she is easy to feel comfortable around.

I love Taylor! I am typically a super anxious person and to have to be on display to get a wax was terrifying. I have never met someone who is not only so awesome and welcoming but also so detailed. I won’t see anyone else but her!!
