Very friendly staff and great deal for first time clients, however you get what you pay for. The woman doing mine and two friends waxes was very nice but on her last day of training which we were told last minute, and she definitely needed more experience before waxing people. It was the most painful, longest Brazilian wax I've ever gotten (15-20 minutes) and me and my friends left with severe irritation, bumps, and pain and anxiety. Great service! Very kind esthetician and had minimal pain!
My esthetician was very pleasant and the service was fast, but there was hair left behind in several places that I ended up having to get rid of myself.
