I had a phenomenal time with Arlet! She was kind and considerate and really helped me through my first experience. The price was good (and they have a special for your first time w/ them) and the experience was not nearly as bad (pain wise) as I expected it to be. There's free parking right near the entrance. The Hello Sugar suite is pretty much right at the entrance so it's easy to find and get to once you get past the initial shock of the locked lobby (unless you don't find that weird like I did). I had the BEST experience today at Hello Sugar. I'm 58 and haven't been waxed in about 15 years and I felt so at ease. Allie was great 10/10
