An inspection report documented damage to one portion of my roof. Arturo, from Hello Roofing, came highly recommended by neighbors. He came the next day after I called, and found that our “damage” was shingle material that had blown of someone else’s roof. Arturo and his Hello Roofing crew have completed two much needed improvements on our house in Austin, TX. After a hole was discovered in the roof, he was able to assemble his crew and materials and replace the roof a few days later, in a single day. He used high quality Certainteed Class 4 shingles, so it looks better, has better sound and energy efficiency. More recently, he & his crew replaced some sofits and siding, and painted the house. Completely professional and thorough. Everyone was polite and worked really hard to make sure the job was done right. Stepped us through all that was to be done and gave upfront estimate that was accurate. Did drywall repair and installed and framed door. Looking forward to working with them again.
