We had our house painted in August 2024 as we were moving into our new house. There was a lot of stress with both hardwood floors and painting to be completed at the same time within a tight time window prior our move in. Our house was large and painting challenging. We had multiple quotes for our exterior home painting and Hello Painting was the best. Milo was great to work with and the company kept in touch between contract signing and the actual start date. The team who did our home worked tirelessly to do a great job and at one point worked until 9:15 PM on one of the 4 days it took to complete the project. Update as June 5 2025 The owner and the coordinator came to assessed the problems. The owner provided a very constructed feedback. Deck: S mentioned the problem of the paint selection and the rainy weather constituted the chips. They were willing to fix the problem. Fence: They acknowledges the job was not as perfect. They wanted to fix it with the good quality. After weeks of waiting for the better weather condition, the coordinator M updated promptly to help us schedule the best day to re-paint the projects. We used them in July 2025 (photos were taken in March 2025 which was only after 8 months of the work). The painting only did one layer, so the outcome did not last. Reached them to honor the warranty in March 2025. Miro came to checkout and now it’s April we still have not heard anything from them yet. I wish they were trustworthy and wish they would honor their warranty and get the job done property to match their good reviews.
