I used to go here so frequently but then prices went up suddenly and service wasn’t great. not only do my cuticles get cut often here but I also got a manicure that looked like it was done for less than what I payed for. The nail tech didn’t even ask what shape i wanted or how long i wanted them
THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE ACRYLIC NAILS. I asked them to remove my acrylics because i didn’t want to damage my nail bed and they literally grabbed a new acrylic nail from the box and proceeded to scrape off my very thick acrylic nails, after soaking them for 5 minutes. I had to ask the man to use the drill which he refused at first, and had me complaining “ow!” Every 2 seconds.
