I had to walk out of my last session. The therapist told me my mental health symptoms were insane along with other criticisms. I was essentially told I was lying about my experience with mental health care. This is the first time I have ever had to file a complaint to the state board. M the practice owner is kind, although I don’t know how much of a difference that makes when such harm is still allowed to happen within the practice.

Never in my life did I think a therapy company would say we won't help you but these people did. I was told by the therapist I picked that they spoke to their supervisor and decided I'm not worth working with.

I've never felt so lost in my life and I needed therapy, so I got referred to this place by my doctor. But for the past 3 months, I've tried emailing, signing up online, calling, and still nothing. Don't waste your time with a seemingly fake and absent counseling service. These other google reviews seem like fake reviews too because there's no way this place gets 5 stars with perfect therapists if this has been my experience. Hello Me has added so much value to our community. Their team of therapists are amazing, the free content they share is relevant and thought-provoking, and their space is intentional and inviting. I can't say enough positive things about M and her team. As a fellow therapist, I love collaborating with and referring to the Hello Me team.
