I had such an outstanding experience when buying my new Mazda. I had the pleasure of working with Fernando and Bri who both were excellent customer service professionals. They made the process smooth and easy, I never felt overwhelmed or rushed though everything was quick. They walked me through each item and answered all of my questions and also got me the absolute best value for my trade in. Visited Hello Mazda for the first time while looking to buy a used vehicle for my son. While I did not end purchasing a vehicle, the sales team members were very helpful and respectful. They answered all my questions and made a point to update me promptly when the vehicle I was interested in had a change in status. I returned a second time for a test drive and experienced a hassle-free visit. I'll definitely consider them in the future.
I worked with Nathan and Brie for almost 2 full weeks on a deal. Finally got everything agreeable for all parties, left work early yesterday, went to the bank and got my down payment cash, got a ride down there to go pickup the car, walked in to sign and complete the deal, Nathan tells me he made a “mistake” and instead of the interest rate he quoted me of 8.94% it’s 13%. I called my ride to pick me up and walked out.
