Leased a 2024 CX90 Phev and have had the car serviced at all service/maintenance recommendations for a whole year. I returned my leased car there recently and the process was great. Fast, professional. I forgot my sunglasses in the car and called them the next day. They found it and returned to me.
So nice and plenty to pick from..
I’ve worked in the car business for over 8 years, so I understand how things go — but this was disappointing. I was told over text that the car was in detail and would be ready in a few hours. After waiting and then driving out (while on vacation and letting the salesman know I wouldn’t be back), I got there only to be told the car still wasn’t ready.
