I was told that I needed front and rear brakes on my CX-5. I paid for the front brakes to get done, because of safety concerns of course and at the time that's all I could afford. I've taken my car in many times for other issues and Jade, the service manager has been kind. BUT I did take my car into a few other mechanics to get a second opinion on my rear brakes and both told me that my rear brakes were in great condition and that I did not need them. Had an awesome experience and Fernando Gonzalez was a huge help thank you for my new Mazda CX-90! Update: still had a fantastic experience with Fernando Gonzalez, it was like a warm hug seeing a familiar face with the new building and after wrecking my previous Mazda CX-90 that saved my life and my girlfriend's life I'm happy to get another one thank you again for being extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend Mazda to all of my friends who are looking for new cars and I will refer Fernando every time!
