I called to ask about recalls, and Jose—or whoever answered the phone—was barely helpful. I had to practically beg for information, which he reluctantly provided in bits and pieces. Does it cost money to be helpful to customers? He even told me he had to go and suggested I call back, despite the call lasting only five minutes. I’m taking my business elsewhere and booking my appointments at a farther dealership. I’d rather drive the extra distance than deal with bad customer service
