LOVE LOVE LOVE � this little gem � in Sebastian. I was able to get ALL my haircut needs resolved with Carolina! She is Super reasonable, honest and conservative in her approach. She will definitely tell you like it is and meet your needs. The location is great and parking isn't bad at all. Cute and quaint. So good I went back the next day to have my daughters hair cut ��. Next, getting my nails done with Tracy ��
Carolina Bear does my hair. She does cut, cool and highlights. My hair has never looked better. Before Carolina I looked washed out and sick. I asked her to fix me and she has. I also came to her with a herrendous haircut from another place where they gave the worst hair cut I have ever had as well as taking a large chunk out of my hair!!!! Carolina not only fixed my hair but worked with me as my hair grew in and has given me a wonderful hair style!!
