They deserve a zero rating. Here’s why. I had an incredibly disrespectful experience at this salon and walked out before being serviced. I came in for a quick polish removal and cut-down, and the technician told me there was a 10–15 minute wait. I sat down and waited patiently. About 7 minutes later, a white woman walked in asking for a full manicure and pedicure. Biggest waste of an hour I’ve ever experienced. Ok, I’m a guy and I’ve never had a pedicure in my life. My fiance has been trying to talk me into getting one and I finally caved. She called this place because it was close and scheduled an appointment for the both of us for 5pm. She confirmed twice on the phone that we would be able to get our pedicures at the same time. The acrylics here last a very very long time that’s why I keep coming back I’ve never had a full set last me this long so very impressed by that but for my pedicure they used the cheese grater tool which is illegal in Florida and caused red tears on my feet… I will say I was too shy to tell them to stop so that is my fault I guess but I was in obvious pain and even recorded her still going when I was saying it hurt… I will continue to go for the acrylics but don’t recommend for pedicures
I used to love this place and I’ve been a customer here for a very long time, but this is by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. It was just before 2pm when I arrived and the “express” pedi took about a hour. The nail technician that I had today was very rude, barely spoke and seemed to have an attitude the entire time.
