Originally I was not going to post a review, but I truly cannot get over how poor of an experience I had with Brooke. This was my second time coming to her, after 5 hours in the salon chair she didn’t achieve anything we had discussed when it came to my hair, I wanted to keep my roots dark ( my natural is almost black) and a more copper color like in the inspo photo. Super cute boutique style salon with wonderful employees- i in particular love hair stylish Megan. I've known her for years but shes an amazing stylist who makes your hair dreams come true!

I was promised layers and i got none. Asked for volume, and I look like a wet puppy. I know it takes a while to do layers in my thin hair, so should have said something when my cut did not take much time. They are nice, though, and i get social anxiety, so i gave a tip, too. Then went home and spent almost 2 hours cutting layers into my own hair. I'm poor, took me 3 years to save up for a haircut. All that saving for a nice shampoo and a straight bottom edge?
