So if it weren't for the installers Josè and Walker, Hello garage would have gotten 3 stars, the sales guy said my garage could easily fit 5 overhead storage racks but the techs found that only 4 would fit due to stud locations in the ceiling, andni had to be refunded. Sales folks should get in the attic and verify what they say is actually possible before giving customers expectations, honestly Josè and Walker should be part of the sales process, their knowledge far exceeded the sales person who "sold" us. My experience with Hello Garage has been very positive. From the initial visit for the estimate and scheduling to the install. Brenden and Colby are very professional and pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and completed the project with no problems. I highly recommend this company.

I did my research with a total of three companies to compare pricing, service and product knowledge. Hello Garage came out on top from presentation, information about their products and process to get the job done.
