Look at yelp way more accurate reviews. UNFRIENDLY AND PREDATORY. Set up an appointment for my partner and they called to confirm what I wanted and confirmed the cost with me over the phone. Then when she got there they told her that the exact thing I asked for would be extra. Odd not only that but the nail tech was extremely rude and her nails started chipping within a day. I don’t know anything about nails but this is definitely not a place I want to send my loved ones again.

I asked for a French tip with just the lines, no fill. Simple enough. Instead I was charged an extra $36 because apparently that's considered nail art, the technician was cold and to top it off the lines came out crooked and chunky. Not worth the price or the experience. Follow up: 12 hours later, my nails are already chipping. I’ve called and texted the salon at least 5 times and it now seems they are avoiding my call. I love coming to Hello Birdie and think of my appointments as amazing self-care rituals. The space is so cute and hygienic; and each technician focuses diligently on the client in front of them. The salon books up fast but it’s obvious why!

I love getting my nails done here! All of the nail techs have great attention to detail and do beautiful work. Shout out to Alba, she does amazing nail art and is a joy to chat with :)
