Sure thing! I'd be happy to provide you with details. Your agent John was incredibly rude and couldn't seem to remember any of my info despite being told multiple times. Also they want you to pay a separate application fee on top of zillow or other sites etc. I've never encountered a more complex or inept process to rent a house. After their system had multiple issues I had to give the info multiple times to the agent(s) again only to be denied with no explanation.
