Front desk staff have terrible attitudes, I was charged for an office visit on a preventative maintenance exam. When I brought it to their attention, they said I was charged an office visit because I came with an issue aside from the preventative maintenance. However, I was charged even before they even knew I had an issue.
Pretends he can deliver you the entire pregnancy until the end when your left w no choice but to be delivered by a hospitalist because he has no rights anymore legally to deliver you !! Sham Be aware
HORRIBLE customer service from the front staff and medical records. I came in needing one paper so my new OB could see me and was told I have to wait 7-10 business days for one paper. When I explained that my new OB will not schedule until they have my record and it will be pushed out until march the lady up front and medical records had no care. I would not recommend going to this office!
Highly questionable doctor with questionable business practices. Cigna patients, go elsewhere. They are listed as in-network for Cigna but any test they run--within their same roof--will be returned as being out of network. For example, a routine pap smear that is part of preventative health and conducted by Dr Helliwell is sent to an "out of network" lab for assessment; there is zero patient visibility and zero choice.
