Several years ago, I switched to Heller's , because I was unhappy with my supplier. I have been with Heller's for many years and have found them to be prompt, efficient and fair in their dealings. I would highly recommend Heller's Gas.
This service is great I called for a late delivery in the snow and they got there in a timely fashion. The snow plow had gotten stuck the gentleman on the truck had an extended hose he made of his way around it and under difficult conditions one way or another he was making the delivery. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROPANE SUPPLIER!!! STAY AWAY!! They are incompetent, have TERRIBLE customer service, miss appointments even when your gas is low, and, for some brilliant reason, TERMINATED EMERGENCY DELIVERY WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS. If you want to be left in the literal dark, have your pipes freeze (even though you pre-bought thousands of pounds of gas), and call only to get transferred to a bunch of random people who only tell you “tomorrow” but then never show up - then this is your place! Much better service and price than our previous carrier. Service on our gas logs corrected the problem first time . Outstanding staff both in house and on the road. Highly recommend! Two thumbs WAY UP!
