THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROPANE SUPPLIER!!! STAY AWAY!! They are incompetent, have TERRIBLE customer service, miss appointments even when your gas is low, and, for some brilliant reason, TERMINATED EMERGENCY DELIVERY WITHOUT NOTIFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS. If you want to be left in the literal dark, have your pipes freeze (even though you pre-bought thousands of pounds of gas), and call only to get transferred to a bunch of random people who only tell you “tomorrow” but then never show up - then this is your place! Heller's service is excellent! Their staff is friendly and courtious. They mainten their tanks well and or replace them if necessary. I never ran out of gas for my fireplace or my swimming pool.

We've had Heller's Propane as our provider for over 5 years. We are pleased with everyone from the person that takes the phone call for our order to the delivery person. when i call to order delivery they always ask how much we have left and "do you think it will last until Wens when we're in your area?" They even delivered on a Saturday with no extra charge because they were in the area. We think their pricing is much better than the previous company we had. Thanks for doing a great job! The Myers
