My heater broke unexpectedly, and Hellens was professional and efficient at looking at the old heater, and replacing it with a new one.
We started having trouble with our A/C coils freezing during the latest heatwave. Felt like 108 degrees outside. I called Hellens on Thursday afternoon about 4pm and they didn't promise me a next day visit but would try. Well, Hellens came through. Luckily nothing major other than needing freon. Thank you so much for providing fast and excellent service!

I've never had an HVAC technician do the work as quickly as Lonnie did. He checked a couple of things out, diagnosed the problem and had the AC on in record time. Even made sure my door was locked when he left! Now who does that these days! THANK YOU! You're the best!
