Love the dr! She explains things with genuine care. She tries to answer ur concerns as best she can in little time since half of Brownsville goes to her lol.. front staff is okay. Been going there for years and no they're not super friendly but as long as you're respectful, they answer your questions. Techs and staff in the back are all great. Dr Helen is AMAZING!!! She’s so kind and patient! The front office staff is horrible! They are super rude and would rather be chatting together than helping the people in the lobby. They should smile at the people coming in the way they smile at each other before they were interrupted during their personal conversations. These 2 ladies need to be more professional!
