We chose Hellas to convert from oil to natural gas. Their price was similar to other estimates we got. We liked that they are a small, family-owned company. They did a beautiful job installing our new system, in the time specified. Afterwards they cleaned up beautifully. The next day we needed a small adjustment. When I called, I got a real person immediately, and someone came over within the hour to make the adjustment.
My experience with Hellas Air Temp has been positive since they replaced my entire furnace, AC, Hot water systems. In early February Hellas responded to a weekend 4am emergency call when temperature was two degrees, disabling the condensate pump and losing heat. The Technician restored temporary heat and later permanent system repair was completed. Hellas Technicians are all professionals who know their craft. They came highly recommended to us and this is one reason why.
