Another great service by the people at Hellas. They replaced a faulty outside sensor on our Trane unit. They are THE ONLY competent company we’ve found in the area who know how to service our heat pumps - we’d be lost without them!! Their technicians are amazing as is their office support staff who set up the appointments. We’ve never had to wait more the a few days for anything - including installing an entire new system the end of last summer. We’ll never use anyone else.
We have been Hellas customers for over 10 years and recently continued our trust in Hellas by signing a service agreement for our rental property. We only have confidence in their technicians and rely solely on Hellas for our HVAC.
