Dr. Helland is the only chiropractor that has been able to take away my back pain. I have had back pain for more than 30 years and nothing has worked except for his treatment. He has excellent service and I love that you can now schedule appointments instead of doing a walk-in. It makes it so I wait less.

I have been visiting Dr Helland for the last 8-9 years for my chiropractic needs. Most of my issues were corrected in one appointment and he won't force you to come for additional visits. I recommended him to many of my friends and everyone had a great experience with him.

I've been going to Dr. Helland for eight months. I've had knee issues since I dislocated it when I was 16, and with one adjustment I was able to straighten my knee again. I'm very satisfied with my experience and go 2-4 times a month. I also love that I don't need an appointment and can show up when it fits with my work schedule.

I've been going to Dr. Helland for more than 5yrs. He's helped me, my mom, my husband, my sister, my daughter's. My little one has needed care since she was a baby and anytime I bring her in, he is very gentle with her. Dr. Helland uses a device on your back to help him find nerve clusters in your neck and back. I have had my neck seriously injured by other Chiropractors, but Dr. Helland's techniques, have been very gentle and helpful as he doesn't crack everything, only the areas showing a need for adjustment.
