UPDATED REVIEW HellaMaid reached out after my initial Google review to offer a make-up clean. This was completed today and was lovely: floors were done, surfaces were wiped down, and both kitchen and bathroom were clean! Judy and Hafsa did an exceptional job cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, leaving every space in excellent condition. Great initial Communication. All relevant questions were answered clearly the cleaners the women that spectacular job in a place that was small and grungy and also gave me some good advice about dealing with potential bugs which I’m terrified of some some of them so I was absolutely thrilled and I would highly recommend this company and especially Vanessa and Omega. I really wanted to like Hellamaid! the cleaner carolina they sent was genuinely sweet and worked hard. But I was honestly shocked that they sent her alone to clean a full 3-bedroom apartment. That’s a huge job for one person. She did her best, and I could tell she was trying to meet expectations, but it felt unfair to her.
