I hired Hellamaid to clean my rental property in Toronto, and I was very impressed with their service. Judy and Hafsa did an exceptional job cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, leaving every space in excellent condition. I’ve had two excellent cleans over the last couple weeks. Carmella last week did a fantastic job. Everything was sparkling. She made so many lovely touches, like sealing the toilet paper and making a paper towel bow. I felt like I was living in a hotel! Katie this week was excellent as always. She has incredible attention to detail and leaves everything looking fantastic. She’s always very friendly and punctual.
I was so happy to use Hellamaid again for my home. The cleaning ladies showed up on time, were so friendly as always, and did a wonderful job. They even folded the towels in my bathroom! They surprised me :). Thank you again
Melanie was extremely thorough and hard working. She detected mold in one of our bathrooms and notified us right away. She shared some helpful tips on how to minimize mold, which came from a genuine place of care and concern. She left a great impression and I’m hopeful she will return. She really went the extra mile and did an amazing job. Very pleased with the service. Thank you!
Claudia and Cynthia were a great team and did an absolutely fantastic job. Showed up right on time on Family Day and even after a solid 48 hours of record snowfall the prior weekend. Attention to detail and thoroughness was more than we expected. Highly recommended!
