I had an amazing experience with Hella Maid! Kim and Azin were absolutely incredible. They still came despite the terrible weather and snowstorm, and their dedication truly shows. My house is spotless — especially the kitchen, which they cleaned so beautifully. Thanks to their hard work, my new home is now completely move-in ready. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the effort and detail they put into everything. Highly recommend their service!

We had been with this company for approximately a year, before ending the relationship. Unfortunately, the quality of service had plummeted over the course of the year, and there has been at least six incidences where the cleaner didn’t show up, or they rescheduled my regular biweekly clean without notification only responding when I reach out. As a one time clean, this would be a good company. In terms of a long-term option, I would not recommend them.

I have never used a cleaner before but I had some tasks that I needed done and just couldn't get around to (like cleaning my baseboards). So I figured why not have someone come in and do that while I was away on vacation. Online booking was easy and I was able to provide all the necessary information. Dragana and, Michelle were the cleaners that did the work and everything was great!
