I have never used a cleaner before but I had some tasks that I needed done and just couldn't get around to (like cleaning my baseboards). So I figured why not have someone come in and do that while I was away on vacation. Online booking was easy and I was able to provide all the necessary information. Dragana and, Michelle were the cleaners that did the work and everything was great!

My house cleaning has been very good. When I have an issue it is easy to reach out and get support for future cleaning. I find if I leave a note out for my cleaners to address my most important needs they do it exceptionally well and if I have an issue it is another easy note and the corrections are made. Idel did a fantastic job for a replacement cleaning. We are all different so letting your cleaners know with a note is helpful for you and them! I am pleased with the Hellamaid service.
Had Beth and Emma do our cleaning today, and they were so thorough! I walked into my son’s nursery and saw all his stuffies arranged adorably in his crib — so much care and attention ❤️
