Booked a cleaning with Hellamaid and it was really disappointing. Communication was spotty, and the quality didn’t match what was advertised. Several areas were clearly missed , and it didn’t feel like the “professional move-out clean” I paid for. My place especially did not feel move out ready when they were done, I had to go back and complete much of the work to get it in suitable condition for the inspection. I purchased the deep cleaning package and am very satisfied with the service. Cynthia and Megan did an amazing job. They were very thorough and left the house spotless. They even manage to remove a stain on our kitchen countertop I thought impossible to remove.
Hellamaid responded to our last-minute request to have our house cleaned for guests. Despite one cleaner being ill, they were able to troubleshoot to get the job done. Elaina and Amy did an amazing tag-team job and left our house sparkling. Very professional. Thank you.
Awesome service from hellamaid! I booked the move in/ move out cleaning package with additional services to make sure the unit was spotless and my word was it spotless! The walls got washed! I have never heard of such service before. Many thanks and appreciation to Odette Mataba, Karen Rodriguez, Amanda Menyes and Jessica Wilson for being on-time, efficient and strategic with their cleaning! You ladies rock!
