Bella maid cleaning staff member Audrey did a thorough clean of our 2 story home. She was professional and very pleasant to have in our home. I would engage her service any time!
I've been using Hellamaid for biweekly cleaning for almost a year. No complaints about the cleaners, they're wonderful people and do a great job. My only negative interaction came from working with the office. They've made last minute cancellations (day of) on me on multiple occasions and I've been totally fine with rescheduling, but the one time I had to cancel the day of due to an emergency, I was met with a cold tone and reminding me to pay 45 dollars for cancellation fee.
