Mexican food is as diverse in style and flavors as any other cuisine. Our particular influence and approach is based on where we come from. We use family recipes for most of our dishes. Hella wicked good
Inspired by the carnitas burrito I had Saturday on the Maine Brew Bus tour (@Bissell Bros) I made carnitas for the first time today. Came out great. I need a good hot sauce though. Any suggestions? I had siracha (sp)
