The Dr, the MA, and the receptionist are very professional and provide great care. They listen to you and take their time.
I did get a good service over there, the dr was really nice. I went there to get a shot, the person came to me with a syringe prefilled. I regret till this day not asking him to prepare it in front of me. I didn't know I had the right to ask. I didn't know that I should not accept the shot if I felt uncomfortable. My only hope is that person was a good person and didn't do anything crazy before giving me the shot.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Helix Urgent Care. This is not a review I wanted to write, but after nearly a year of trying to resolve this directly and being repeatedly ignored, I feel I have no other option. This stems from a visit I had in November 2025. Never going to go there. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. BE AWARE! I had hive very bad EXPERIENCE. Doctor very yang girl scared and called ambulance. I called Medicare and reviewed online , they say there was no claim submitted. To recap when I came to Helix off Northlake Blvd. they office did nothing but call for an ambulance. There is no justification for these charges. I could have called for an ambulance myself for free. My recommendation for them is submit the $203.75 to Medicare.
