I don’t usually go out of my way to post a review, but I felt like Helix deserved to be given credit for their professionalism and expertise. I first went to Dr. Rowland and Dr. Tittle for rehabilitation on my slipped disc in my back as well as shoulder pains at their Lakeway location, which was about 40 minutes from my home. Amazing facility and great place to train and recover. Dr. Rowland and Dr. Tittle are awesome to work with and passionate about the recovery/well -being of their clients!
I started going to Helix after a friend recommended them to me for my hip and back pain. I had tried other chiropractors and therapists in the past to no avail. This experience has been life changing! After just a couple months, Dr. Rowland and his team’s wealth of knowledge have me enjoying my hobbies pain free again! Jimmy and Jordan are miracle workers, not only did they help alleviate back/neck pain I’ve been experiencing for years but their sheer knowledge on anything and everything nutrition/PT related has been such a help getting be back into the gym. 10/10!!!
