Constantly neglected and dismissed. I have been waiting since october for a response about my medication. I called once. I emailed a list of side effects. I followed up about the email and was told on the second phone call to stop following up because they have the email. That was october, it's now february and i have no medication and no response. Since being at this clinic in 2023 I have never felt heard or that any dr or staff cared about my wellbeing
Rudest desk women have been for absolute years especially the older one. Always moving the appointments not understanding people with these problems this ruins there day and everything then goes back to the appointment has to rant about this now. It’s all a scam. (Not really) but the desk women are the absolute worse the amount of people that think the same, gives the place a bad name so up them selves and just don’t care and want the day to be done. The psychiatrist prescribed me a medication and handed me a pamphlet as I was leaving. After taking the first dose, I read the pamphlet and was alarmed to see it explicitly stated that the prescribed medication is a serious risk with my existing medication (which the doctor had told me to continue), due to how the liver works. I panicked overnight and emailed the practice with my concerns, including a photo of the pamphlet, requesting urgent advice.
