Here's the main points of our gripe with this clinic: 1. We saw Dr Siva in October 2025 and only received our diagnosis "report" in April 2026 - 5+ months later. We had to chase Helix for those 5 months to get that report and it was only when I sent an email that clearly expressed our frustrations, that it was even looked into. Their very avoidable delays resulted in our son not receiving the additional support he needed for another school term. 2. Constantly neglected and dismissed. I have been waiting since october for a response about my medication. I called once. I emailed a list of side effects. I followed up about the email and was told on the second phone call to stop following up because they have the email. That was october, it's now february and i have no medication and no response. Since being at this clinic in 2023 I have never felt heard or that any dr or staff cared about my wellbeing
Rudest desk women have been for absolute years especially the older one. Always moving the appointments not understanding people with these problems this ruins there day and everything then goes back to the appointment has to rant about this now. It’s all a scam. (Not really) but the desk women are the absolute worse the amount of people that think the same, gives the place a bad name so up them selves and just don’t care and want the day to be done.
