I had cararac surgery with Dr. D. Dr. D and his staff were amazing. They took the time to answer all of my questions and completely explained everything. Everyone worked together and helped each other. They were very caring and professional. At the end of his day, Dr. D. took the time to call me to made sure i was doing well.. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.
Dr D performed surgery in both of my eyes. He did an awesome job. I love his bedside manners and he answered my questions in a manner a non medical person can understand. He has an awesome personality and he made me feel so comfortable. The girls doing eye measurements and other tests were professional and very pleasant. His surgical staff was excellent.They explained what they were doing prior to the procedure. Dr Wright was the Anesthesiologists and I couldn't believe how smoothly that part went also. I didn't know what to expect when I came to Helix Eye Care Center for surgery, so I asked a lot of questions. Meta, Sherry, Rose and Dr. D were all patient caring gracious to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. They were all professional and showed kindness toward me. My experience from the time I checked in and was prepared for surgery, until the completion of the surgery was exceptional. I highly recommend their expertise for anyone who would need their eye care services.
